At traperto, real guys from different crafts work together. Everyone supports everyone else. We cook and grill together, strain the Playstation and suffer at the foosball table. We offer massages, job bikes and attractive benefits to all team members. We also live demand-oriented learning internally: Every team member has two days per month for personal development.

We provide intensive training – our trainees have the very best chances of being taken over. Thanks to the university and educational landscape located in Kleve, we are close to the skilled workers of tomorrow. At the schools in Kleve, we are known for our work with young talent. Under the brand “Niederrhein-Valley”, our team regularly holds “MeetUps”, developer roundtables that are open to anyone, take place at changing locations and are also attended by developers from other companies.
